Customer Service Representative
Company in Acworth area looking for a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess customer-friendly oral and written communication skills and be a self-starter who can demonstrate the ability to be resourceful when necessary. The candidate should be a professional, outgoing team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Position consists of 75% customer service duties and 25% ancillary duties.
Essential Job Functions:
Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding product attributes and availability.
Process orders placed either on the web (majority) or on the phone (minority) from company stock or from vendors. Provide best sourcing option in terms of delivery and shipping costs.
Track and communicate to customers on partially shipped, backordered or long-lead time orders.
Resolve customer concerns with incorrectly shipped or damaged items.
Process returns and issue credits.
Provide verbal and/or written product and shipping quotes.
Document processes and procedures as necessary.
Ancillary - One of the following skills is desired:
Analytic support utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills and/or
Marketing support utilizing Microsoft Photoshop or equivalent graphic software.
One to Two years previous Customer Service experience.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalency; some college or college degree is a plus.
Two years experience with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent punctuality and attendance.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Resourceful with good problem solving skills.
Position is 10am to 7pm
Pay: $15 to $17 DOE
Must be willing to submit to criminal background check and pass a drug test.
